Notes for applicants
Copies of passport / driving licence, three months bank statements, proof of address and either three months wage slips or proof of local housing allowance must be submitted to the office before an application can be processed
Proof of local housing allowance can be calculated at the council Advice Shop

The application process will take between 3-5 working days
A tenancy will only be agreed on completion of a satisfactory credit check and referencing.
Paying a holding deposit does not guarantee a tenancy.
Properties are taken as seen at viewings, the landlord is under no obligation to provide / remove furnishings or make alterations to the decor.
Written confirmation must be given before pets are allowed to be kept
in the property, this permission is given at the landlord's discretion
and only on receipt of a further £100 towards the deposit.
Keys will only be issued once cleared funds for the deposit and the 1st full months rent have been received.
Rental amounts do not include council tax and /or utilities. Tenants are responsible for setting up accounts (the companies will not deal with us as third parties) and ensuring all bills are paid throughout the tenancy.
